Bakery shops often sell a variety of goods, so they train their bakers to make different items. Some of the bakers specialize in making fresh Italian bread loaves and similar breads. Depending on the type of products that the bakery produces, they could have a chef leading the team. Since some of the shops take online orders, they could also need the services of a computer expert. Small stores rarely need someone to fill this position full time, though.
